Terms of service, Stresfri

1. Who we are

Stresfri Ltd ("Stresfri", "we", "us") provides a family calendar and household hub.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Household members you add ("children") can use the app under your supervision. You are responsible for what happens on your account, including keeping your password safe.

3. Your content

Your household's content (events, chores, photos, notes) belongs to your household. You grant Stresfri a limited licence to store and display it to household members and on devices you enrol (e.g. A wall display). We do not access or use household content for training or advertising.

4. Loyalty points and wallet money

Points earned in Stresfri are a household bookkeeping system. Virtual "wallet money" is not real money and cannot be redeemed with Stresfri or any third party for cash, vouchers or goods. Settlement between family members happens entirely offline. We do not hold, transmit or process real funds.

5. Subscriptions

Paid tiers (Family, Calm Pro) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel any time in your account settings. UK residents have a 14 day cooling-off period from first purchase. Refunds after that are at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Stresfri to:

Break the law or endanger anyone.
Upload malware, spam, or content you don't own or have permission to share.
Reverse engineer or copy the service.
Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your household.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but we don't promise the service will always be up. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your data per our privacy policy.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the incident. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost data recovered from your own backups, etc.).

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law says otherwise for your country.
