Is there a free-forever plan?
No. We tried both and heard from families that a full 14 day trial is more useful than a stripped-back permanent tier. You get every feature during the trial so you can properly test it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You give us an email, we give you the Hub. Cards only come in when you decide to keep it.
What happens after 14 days?
If you subscribe, everything continues without a beat. If you don't, the app pauses, your data is safe, you can pick a plan any time to unlock it again.
Can I switch between Family and Calm Pro?
Any time. Upgrade is instant. Downgrade is at the end of your billing cycle.
Does the price change based on family size?
No, both plans are flat. Family covers unlimited members and one household. Calm Pro adds up to 5 households.
Are the AI features metered?
Everyday use is unlimited. Very heavy use (thousands of imports per day) is throttled, we'll always show you before you hit a limit.
